The access issue has been resolved, connections from on campus users has been restored.

 

1-6-25 update:  The application continues to be unavailable from on campus networks.  In most cases, users are seeing a browser timeout and a blank browser page.  The vendor and our network team are actively working the issue, but there is no resolution time table at this point.  Access from off campus networks is available.    

 

1-3-25: Access to the RED application is currently being limited for anyone connecting from an on campus machine or using the NCSU wifi.  Off campus connections are not limited.  We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
