Zoom will sometimes prompt a login using an email and password. Entering your NC State email or attempting a password reset will not work.
Signing in with SSO
You can only sign in to your NC State Zoom accounts using the "Sign in with SSO" option.
- Select "Sign in with SSO" (or just SSO if on mobile)
- Enter your company domain as "ncsu" (without quotation marks) and Continue
- Sign in with your Unity ID and password on the Shibboleth sign in page that appears
