Select a Student in MyPack Portal (for Parents/Guardians with Multiple Students)


Parent Account Setup for Multiple Students

If you have more than one student at NC State, then they will each need to create a parent account for you. You will need to confirm your parent account each time to make sure that you are set up with each student.


Select a Student

To use MyPack Portal with your parent account, you will need to first select a student. You will not be able to do anything else until you have selected a student.

  1. Sign into MyPack Portal with the Brickyard Login.
  2. Select the Parent/Guardian Information tile. All other tiles will say "Access not granted" until you have selected a student.
  3. Select the check box next to the student whose information you are trying to access.
  4. Select < Student Homepage to return to the student homepage.
  5. Make sure that you are viewing the correct student.
    • The student's name should appear at the bottom of the Parent/Guardian Information tile on the Student Homepage.

If you want to switch students, then simply repeat the process to select a student.
